1. Who we are: This online store is operated by Buttersoft, based in the Netherlands. Email: support@buttersoft.shop.

2. Applicability: These terms apply to every order placed in this store.

3. Product: Buttersoft is a slow-rise foam stress toy shaped like a stick of butter. It is not food and not edible. Not suitable for children under 3. Keep away from heat and sharp objects. Colors may vary slightly from the photos.

4. Prices and payment: Prices are shown in your currency at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown before you pay.

5. Contract: The contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email. If a product is unavailable, we tell you and refund any amount paid.

6. Delivery: See our Shipping page. If delivery takes longer than 30 days, you may cancel free of charge for a full refund. Customers outside the EU may have to pay import duties or taxes.

7. Right of withdrawal: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Return and refund policy and buttersoft.shop/pages/how-to-return. We may ask you to send the product back before we refund.

8. Warranty and complaints: Report defects by email; we respond within 14 days. EU customers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

9. Privacy: We process your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

10. Applicable law: Dutch law applies, without affecting mandatory consumer protection in your country.
