14-day right of withdrawal: You can cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days after you received it. Email support@buttersoft.shop with your order number and the word "return". This applies to customers worldwide.

How to return: Always contact us first. Your order ships from our production partner's warehouse, so returns go back there too. Within 2 working days we send you the return address or a return label. Send the product back within 14 days after telling us. Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless we send you a prepaid label. Please use tracked shipping. Refund: We refund the full amount you paid, including the standard shipping costs of your original order, within 14 days after your withdrawal notice. We may wait until the product has been returned or you have shown proof of shipping. The refund goes to your original payment method.

Damaged, wrong or not arrived? Email a photo within 14 days of delivery and we send a free replacement or refund you in full. Your statutory warranty rights always apply.
